How is this going to work? Easy as 1-2-3
1. Get in touch as above to place your order.
2. Have as much information ready as possible
a. Colour name & number, type of paint & quantity required – don’t know, that’s OK we will help figure that out.
b. Check if you need any Brushes,Rollers,Tape, Plastic, Putty etc etc so you don’t need to make more stops than necessary.
c. Payment information: We will accept Mastercard or Visa over the phone or you can make an e-transfer to tricityinfo@shaw.ca
3. Call when you arrive call the number on the door & we will:
a. Place it under the canopy in the front of our store for you to grab and go.
b. Bring it out to your vehicle. Please respect social distancing and just pop your trunk! This option is for large orders and for anyone who needs help.

I need colour chips
Let us know what shades you are looking for & we will put together a selection in an envelope. Call when you arrive and we will meet you at the door. Alternately you can purchase a colour deck at a reduced, non-refundable price of $20.
I need help with colours for 1 room
Email us at Tricityinfo@shaw.ca, include pictures if possible
I need help with colours for my whole house
Email Thoma@shaw.ca to schedule a video consultation. Our regular $150/Hr service at a discounted rate from March 20 – April 1. One of our design specialists will help you for only $60 for 30 minutes and $120 for 1 hour.
How does the home delivery work?
Delivery is free in the Tri-Cities & Pitt Meadows area. Minimum order of 1 gallon, allow minimum 24 hrs. We will call you when we arrive & put it on your doorstep
What if I live outside of the delivery area?
We will still deliver to you, a small fee may apply, just email or call us and we will figure this out together.
